Bad lawyer makes dumb liar. The Attorney firings may be a result of too young a lawyer prepping testimony for congress. And instead of being a lawyer with broad interests she was instead an all evangelical trained lawyer. Her training probably didn’t include the obvious labor law skills of knowing what “at will” means. She also didn’t understand that an “appointment” position can be revoked. So the LIE of PERFORMANCE was used… and that was really just a mistake! She seems to hold the view that if you are fired it must be for performance … It would have been so much easier to say “we are replacing this appointee with another, because we feel it will be better to achieve our goals. thank you for your service, but it is no longer required..” Pass out the pins and pens.
