Work Has Changed

One of the first “brainstorming” sessions I ever attended was at an Ad agency. The lead of the session had worked for decades at BBDO, had even known Mr. O. The tone of our effort, and the level of work we were expected to produce is demonstrated by the memo that was circulated to the invitees of that session.

come prepared to imagine. bring your first 50 ideas. do not try to perfect them.

What would your next meeting be like if you were asked to bring your first 50 ideas? Aren’t you glad you live and work in such a hyper active, super productive, ever communicating, go get em culture where you get your ideas off the internet as you drive to work?
