Bush: A Special Type Of Coward

W was a young man in the late 60’s as the Vietnam war flooded across the deltas. He was the son of a powerful man. The way the military schools work, he could have gotten in to any of them. Army, Air Force, Navy; any of them. Then he could have gone to war. He chose not to go. He chose to stay at home.

He could have flown over the battlefield, either fast, in a fighter, or high, in a bomber. He could have flown over the battle like many thousands did. He didn’t.
He could have led a ground unit. He didn’t. He could even have fired upon the enemy from a ship off shore. He didn’t. He could even have spent a year in Saigon as an aide to some colonel. He didn’t. Nope, when he could have gone to war, he didn’t. Even as a supply sergeant at Da Nang he stood the chance of injury, even death, so he staid home. Shout Oorah (trans: kill them all)but shout it from your porch.

W did decide, as the “decider” to take us to war. Not once, but twice. And we are there still. Two wars, and counting. Wars beyond his term, probably beyond Obama’s presidency.

it is a special coward that dodges his war, but so quickly send you to his endless war

There are few people in the world that can cause, who declare a war. There are many people who go to war, who are drawn into war. There have been very few people who have had both opportunities in their life. W is one of them. His choices reveal the core of his beliefs, his deeply flawed character can be drawn in no clearer way. The Xray of W is that of a special coward.
