There are many counties in the US that do not produce Birth Certificates. I know, since I was born in one. I have no birth certificate, yet I was drafted, served and carried a US passport issued by the Army. I, even now, carry a US passport. After all this is Tea Time in America.

The more interesting fact is that we have had several US Presidents who didn’t have birth certificates. Back in the day, the local priest noted the birth, or more often, it was the parents that wrote the information into their Bible.
