The Age Of The Internet

Every internet forum exhibits a similar arc — projection from inception to decay. Since the internet seems timeless, since it is in essence lifeless, it appears to be ‘forever young;’ unable to die. This is correct, but like so much of mankind, incomplete.

In the ending stage, it achieves status quo — a stasis, like a floating carcass, too bloated to sink, yet unfit for feeding. Only vultures inhabit it.
