Oddly, the Fine Art Market (FAM) for photographers seems to be priced by the inch. I have been looking at “Gallery” online. Most photographers sell prints priced by the size, as though the cost of material was key to their success. This may be the case, since they also spend so much effort letting you know what the materials used were. Not, mind you to the level of providing a bill of materials, but nevertheless they find it important to let you know that they use only the finest ingredients your money can buy.
