The commonplace workplace, is not one of equal power. It is not the teacher’s lounge, nor the Starbucks wi-fi hotspot. The workplace of old, lives on — it is hot, crowded, loud, and controlled — not for the worker, but for the work — and he who has this control, owns all that is controllable.
It took federal law to get machine workers the right to PISS in a toilet. Capital saw no need, could not profit from it, so had workers piss in their pants, or a bucket by the machine. Bucket supplied by the worker.
