Press these three buttons “Paper Source”,”Paper
Feed(forward)”and “Enter(Cut/Eject)” in the same time, and then Power on. You
will enter “Maintenance mode 2”
In this mode,the LED of printer operation board will display
“VIEW COUNTERS”.
Press “Paper Feed(forward)” button twice, you will find “SERVICE CONFIG”, press “Selec Type” button, to enter the menu for adjustment.
Press “Paper Feed(forward)” to find this item — EDMODE, then press “Selec Type” botton to enter. In this item ,there are three modes for choosing — “X”,”N” and “O”.
Press “Paper Feed(forward)” button to change the mode, then press “Enter” button,
the sign “*” will display in front of “O”. Close the printer.
Power the printer normally. You should see that all cartridges display full. This means that you have been successful in closing the cartridge chip check.
