the pour reminds me of a well picked tea, but the color is of a broth fully and finely scimmed…
Smell is unlike coffee, certainly not like coffee brewed to this depth in the
hands of other roasters.

Strong aroma, light rich tounge. It covers the surface of the palette in flavor without residue.

if you can afford this, then you must try it. Most of you won’t be able to appreciate the subtle scents and memories evoked. If you drink one type of coffee regularly, if you are someone who prefers creams and foams, don’t buy this coffee. Spend your money elsewhere. Buy some taste, then try this coffee.
