The African didn’t make it out of their natural forest. The beast, and brush were disciplinarians; teachers who drilled the lesson of struggle, conflict and death.

In such a hard world, it is enough to make it to the end of the day. And that is where some would return us.

Guns all around, we become like beasts in the brush. Hope we make it another day.
