This is why we see our US health system paying 40 times the compensation to the sales rep than to the researcher. The Recourse Amendment
Two part amendment regarding federal budget means and methods of reaching agreement.
One: During shutdown all the elected officials forgo pay and benefits.
Two: Those Districts whose Representative do not vote for the budget are defunded. They will not receive any Federal funding or work during the shutdown.
