In the best world security would make the life of the criminal harder while making the life of the intended user, the honest user easy. That doesn’t exist. Instead we live in a world in which we are all punished to an increasing degree. As each leak is patched, we all become ever more tightly restrained. At what point will you notice this?

Sounds damned restrictive to me. Must have roof. Must have running water. Must have electricity within 30 days. Must have sewage suited for one sink AND one toilet.
