Alkaline fix for use with PMK and other processes

Ammonium thiosulfate (58-60%) 800ml
Sodium Sulfite (anhydrous) 60 g
Sodium Metaborate 5 g
Distilled water to make 1L
Mixing instructions: Add chemicals in specified sequence.

Dilution: 1+4

Notes: Fix for 3x clearing time. This formula is faster than older hypo-based fixers, but takes longer than an acid-based fixer.

2: how many labs are available?

4: how long does it take the Large format fan-base to put together a special order?
5: is this increasing, or decreasing … what rate of change ?

PS. over this past week, I shot 5 rolls of 220 (c-41), 7 rolls of 120 BW —
my 8×10 was none, although in the past year I’ve shot more than a dozen boxes of Ilford …
I consider myself a light shooter of 8×10 anymore.
