photography came from the dark

first was the camera, then came the chemical as a method of preserving the image automatically, mechanically.
the photograph is, therefor, a mechanical recording of light from a camera.
the more automatic it is, the better, as a corollary. without intervention meaning a truer presentation of what was.
this should mean that digital is more a photgraph than is a chemical image.
digital, not chemical. silicon over silver.
halide free and victorious.
