The Blindfold Of Trade
She says, on the radio: “well, the good thing, is that there is this trade among the countries. doesn’t that kinda lock them into a peaceful relationship?”
In the history of warfare, the answer is a distinct NO. Wars are trade wars. Even the wars on terror began with our Trade Tower being the bullseye on our way of life. Economic distinctions haven’t solved the nature of the table we sit at. This “way of life” thing, for more than 60 years has been a matter of economic cloth.
Of course, both speakers wear the same blindfold. Trade is good. Trade solves all. Praise Adam.
