Spent the morning in the big blue city on the left coast. Gallery hours are 11 to 6, which means noon-ish to whenever we’re ready to do something else. While waiting, made an espresso and scone pit stop. Bum wandered by asking for food and we offered our remaining polenta scone. “Oh no, I don’t eat sweets” he replied. Too bad he didn’t ask for what he really wanted.
