In a typical day at Broadway studio: At least 6 resumes from people looking for assistant work; a dozen sheets and cards from agencies. In addition, I would have 2 prospective assistants, and at least 3 times that many models taking the initiative by showing up. On the weekend those with initiative increased. Saturdays I was glad we had three doors between these motivated individuals and the studio.
