Some people go online and enter forums expecting an answer, or support, or camaraderie . Then they leave; disappointed that that isn’t available; that isn’t what most forums provide. Instead, they are a platform for power, intrigue and positions of success and authority for those who otherwise have little or none. The social internet fails because most of its residents, its neediest citizens are failures.
