bobo, excusing the market gyrations by saying it is a result of policy coming to your aid is a mistake that only the artificially intelligent blonde could make. predicting certainty is easy. extend the line… the only value to a market is that it be able to predict the less certain, to, as a group, devise or divine a path across the swamp, through uncertainty.
