The world’s main food grain seeing greatest gain is rice, not wheat. Pasta prices in Italy increased because of SUNFLOWER increases. Drought is a bigger factor in a farmer’s adjustment of crop. Even truer in global markets. Frankly a larger correlation to price increases of rice world wide goes to Katrina and the failure of water supplies in California than to any tax policy in the United States. Farms run on water. simple enough?

quicker to condemn, to set up barriers. Obviously misunderstanding what congress does, not even understanding how they would do it. Ask people to testify. They are not on trial. You may even submit opinion to the congressional leaders. Except that you have withdrawn from that world. Too often an audience member. You are prepared to mime your response. Too bad you are so loud about it.
