subslime saves iraq

who knew, until congress felt gas pains, until the screams were heard from wall street, until the tissue paper of economics, that the war would rage, that the green would flow to the green zone, that we would stay until the capitalists felt pain. who knew, smirk.

subslime: the power of green

ps. since i’m writing this as you stream to a tiny window onscreen, I realize I have been remiss in not offering my Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah for your Blah, Blah. No, I don’t mean to annoy, but I also do not intend to anoint.

An honest thank you General Petraeus for crediting the Iraqis, sadly your greatest supporters will not repeat that.

Unknown Cost

A cost that can’t be estimated is what holds us, pins us down. An unknown can not be combated. There is no more likelihood an AQI base in Iraq with our withdrawal than there was an AQI holdout in Anbar. Once you know them, you don’t love them….

When we leave Iraq, there will not be a vacuum, there will be Iraqis. Their force will be superior to Al’s. Al will not be able to take and hold a stand. think parity of power, but consider that the multiplier in this EQ belongs to the Iraqis. They know the land better than Al. AQI will suffer the same disadvantages our own forces have.

So this unknown cost must mean that we have no idea what the neighbors will do. why don’t we?
