The Canvas Is Infinite

The canvas is the part of the document the background-image is painted on. You can say it has an infinite height and width so you can’t position something on it. Therefore, a background is painted on the canvas but positioned with respect to the root element.

2006-2007 Supreme Court Term Review

On June 28, ACS hosted a panel discussion at the National Press Club examining the current Supreme Court Term. In the immediate wake of the Term’s conclusion, a panel of leading experts including voices from both a progressive and conservative perspective examined the Court’s most noteworthy decisions, identified emerging trends and suggested areas on which observers should focus going forward.
