Ralph Steinman, co-winner of this year’s Nobel Prize in medicine is still dead, even after winning the Nobel in medicine. He was diagnosed four years ago with cancer, and the insurance company that was providing his treatment was unable to fund a cure in time.

The handover is the point that distinguishes commercial from every other type of photography. The fine art world treats this as something finished, while the commercial world treats this as another input into the product.
