The processing of light.

  • stick you arm out a window, covering some part, but leaving the rest in the sun until it turns red
  • photograph the whole arm, even the part that was covered
  • email, or post that picture
  • I will print the picture &
  • mail you a print
  • you put the print into the sun, until it fades
  • forget any of this happened

Goog searches for photography fall into 3 categories, and “all others” —

  • equipment price, or new release review
  • how to — use software; solve trouble with (computer/sofware/) configuration
  • a name. usually, this is of a camera or lens; also a photographer.

All Others

The topics that interest the practicing artist, or established commercial photographer are the outliers of search. They are, therefore, the ones which another form of search would be useful, and provide open field opportunity.
