  • — sign a petition. [ ]
  • — get drunk. [ ]
  • — make certain all current adobe sw is up-to-date. [ ]
  • — upgrade your adobe ‘must haves.’ (before June!) [ ]
  • — check out this cloud thing. adobe has already told us their future; have they told you yours? [ ]
  • — download and try those ‘other’ products you’ve meant to. [ ]
  • — make list of why you need what you need. [ ]
  • — get back to worrying about the demise of color sheet film. [ ]
  • — take long walk with dogs through some of worlds last untouched desert… your own backyard.

something you can talk about for years without any experience. The Large Format Photography Forum is a gathering of google searchers. The ‘stays’ at the site are generally low producers with a narrowed view of art; almost preferring to avoid discussion.

THEY HAVE AN OLD VIEW, NOT A MATURE ONE

I am strongly opposed to the LFPF. I believe it, the major posters/posers of that community of interest, do harm to the novice sincerely interested in learning the means, methods, and modes of making meaning using the LF.

That isn’t large format photography of the past. Before 1995, talk was of View Cameras. Film was discussed not by size but my handling method – sheets or rolls.
