The world of publishers has become highly sensitized … I posted a comment, while shopping, on a commercial (they want money) website and received this response:

“Your IP and specific location is easily traceable and your identity is known.  Do not contact me in any way shape or form.  I will consider any further contact from you to be harassment.  Laura Campbell Publisher
